Program Goals Program 1

One of our programs are strength and conditioning. Strength and conditioning is going to allow our players to perform on a high level. My coaching staff wants our players to be fit to withstand the physical nature of the game. Before any activity my players will have to stretch. Players will sprint around the gym. Suicides will be apart of our work-out to increase stamina and speed. My coaches will implement push-ups within their cardio work-outs.

Program Goals Program 2

After the strength and conditioning is done our team will start their basketball drills. The drills will be a three man weave, a three on two fast break, and spot up shooting. After this work-out the coach will have a scrimmage game. The coach will evaluate if the players are utilizing the skills taught within the drills.
